Dance on the Mat is an energising blend of dance and yoga designed to strengthen your body, activate your mind-muscle connection, and develop your creativity.
During the initial phone consultation I ask about your level of experience with yoga, if you have injuries or any physical limitations, and why you are looking to do private yoga lessons. I try to get a clear sense of what results you are hoping to get - from wanting to get in better physical shape, relieve stress, balance hormones or to establish a solid self care ritual in your life.
The unique benefit of a personal session is that I can devote all of my attention to just the one student and its unique needs and goals.
